Anxiety panic attacks are a very common mental health problem among many adults and teenagers around the world in our stressful society. Actually most people will experience a panic attack at least once in their life. What is really going on in the psyche of an individual during a panic attack and certainly there is a cause. Do panic attacks affect the body?

Some of the most common symptoms are: Nausea, dizziness, trembling, sweating, headaches, heart beat racing, and palpitations, hot flashes, stinging sensations, stomach ache and discomfort, choking sensations, feeling of un-real, fear of death. — and many more!
When do anxiety panic attacks occur?
Basically the panic attacks are triggered when someone is sensing that he or she is in danger (most of the times it’s just an illusion that the patient may have). The real cause of panic attacks are the extreme worries and helpless fear that the patient has. Therefore anxiety attacks can be prevented and even treated, it’s not an incurable disorder. If you’re experiencing anxiety but feeling powerless to stop it, then try to find the root cause, really think about what’s going on in your life, what you should change in your lifestyle in order to have more calmness and peace. There’s has been a lot of buzz that anxieties are due to chemical imbalances in the brain which has been proved to be untrue. Panic attacks are normal reactions of the body to stressful lifestyle and situations that you may go through at the moment, there is a reason that makes you feel this way and the great news is that you can be treated completely!
A few helpful tips
Even people that do not suffer from anxiety often have headaches, dizziness, nausea or stomach pains due to stress. It is only when these symptoms become chronic, then it’s anxiety disorders often associated with panic disorder.
If you’re experiencing anxiety then the best thing you can do is to try and eliminate things or situations that stress you. Regular exercise will aid you reduce stress, depression and anxiety panic attacks, as well as a well balanced and healthy diet.
Try and eliminate completely: Cigarettes, Coffee, Dark Tea and Processed Foods. Even if you feel angry or irritated during the mornings, and I know it’s hard to cope, try and distract your mind and go on with your normal daily activities. (no matter how hard it is, at least try, it will help!).
